In addition, we recognize both the people and organizations that make significant contributions to promote and protect human rights and fundamental liberty. From the first moment he supported the idea and quickly began to work; within a few weeks he presented many different drafts of what was previously, \u201cPremio Estela Solidaria-Hilarri Solidario\u201d which he donated to UNESCO Etxea.<\/p>\n<p>Once again, N\u00e9stor Basterretxea showed his creative capacity with a solitary commitment; once again, his creativity was followed by a fair cause.<\/p>\n<p>For us it is an honor to count with the legacy of \u201cEstela Solidaria- Hilarri Solidarioa,\u201d created by a world-renowned Basque artist who is near us at the same time.
